After Jason and Sara's Wedding, We Have Time to Visit (and Eat) with Our Dear Friends Kerstin Frygner and Håkan Magnusson!

Dan and I have known Kerstin and Håkan for at least 40 years, and have kept in touch with each other by mail and email over the years.

Here is a photo of Håkan adding one of Matt's hot sauces, called Raw Heat, to his Mexican dinner plate. Raw Heat is only for the bravest and stoutest of stomachs!

Jason and Sara's Wedding Day! May 30, 2008!

At long last, with much anticipation and much planning, Jason and Sara's wedding day is finally here!

Below are a few photos I took of the evening, but oddly enough, I thought I took millions of photos, but when I uploaded them, there were only these few. I guess I was so busy enjoying myself, I just didn't have time.

Fortunately, David Christensen Photographers, the professional photographers for the evening, were there and their photos are gorgeous.

More information on the wedding and Jason and Sara's honeymoon in Jackson Hole, Wyoming can be found here: http://www.jasonandsara.us .

Hope you enjoy the photos, while keeping in mind that no photos can adequately convey the beauty and excitement of the wedding. It was simply lovely, and a touching reminder of Jason and Sara's lifelong commitment of love to each other.

Here is the chapel as it fills up with guests, and showing the beautiful white bows on the pews.

After the wedding, the happily married Jason and Sara pose for photos, along with the wedding party and parents.

Now on to the reception, which was held in the downstairs banquet hall of the chapel. The photo above shows the gorgeous flowers, vases and table decorations Sara designed. Also in the photo are Sara's dad and grandad, Jacques and Pops.

Here are our honored guests and lifelong friends Kersin Frygner and Håkan Magnusson, who came all the way from Lund, Sweden, to be a part of the wedding.

Best Man Matt, who carried out his duties with grace and good humor.

Our longtime friends Julie and David Hornbeck from Austell, Georgia.

Our good friends Karen and Rod Bunn from Duluth, Georgia.
